EPP, or expanded polypropylene, is a material that is less prone to dents and breakage compared to expanded polystyrene. In Europe, its raw material is used as the core or main material for chairs. Since the raw material is a foam, it results in an environmentally friendly chair aimed at a low-carbon society, with 98% air and 2% raw material (when expanded 50 times). Additionally, because the base material is foam, the chair is lightweight, requiring less energy for carrying and transportation. *Note: Expanded polystyrene is incorrect! The correct term is expanded!
